The warranty starts from the date stated on the receipt.


Product Warranty Terms and Conditions


1.Start of Warranty Period

The product warranty begins on the date specified on the receipt issued by Brewing Happiness Co., Ltd. or an authorized distributor.


2. Scope of Warranty

Brewing Happiness Co., Ltd. provides a limited warranty for a period of 1 year or 2,000 uses (whichever occurs first), commencing from the date of purchase by the end user. This warranty applies exclusively to xBloom coffee machines purchased directly from Brewing Happiness Co., Ltd. or authorized distributors. The warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser registered in the system, at the discretion of Brewing Happiness Co., Ltd.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. However, it does not cover the following:

Damages resulting from accidents, improper use, or misuse.

Failure to comply with the product instructions provided by xBloom.

Products with missing, altered, or tampered serial numbers.

Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repairs.

Issues arising from the use of unauthorized accessories or components.

Use with pods, capsules, or other products not certified by xBloom.

Operation with electrical systems that fail to meet the product’s specified requirements.

This warranty reflects our commitment to product quality and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.

3. Warranty Conditions

This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (e.g., gray market dealers or unappointed online vendors).

The warranty period will not be extended, even if the product is repaired or replaced. Changes to the warranty conditions will not apply retroactively.


4. Warranty Claim Submission

Customers can register and submit warranty claims via https://xbloom-thailand.com/warranty by following these steps :

Register your warranty by providing your full name, phone number, machine serial number, and authorized distributor details.

In case of any issues with the machine, complete the claim form with detailed information and a description of the problem, including supporting documents such as photos or videos.

The company will review the claim within seven (7) business days and inform you of the results and next steps.

5. Company’s Decision

The decision of Brewing Happiness Co., Ltd. is final regarding the evaluation and execution of warranty terms.


Note: The company reserves the right to modify or amend warranty terms without prior notice. Any changes will not apply retroactively.
